Erica's entire working career has been in client servicing, and she strives to exceed client expectations at every turn. She joined IG Wealth Management in 2013 as Client Service Administrator for the region office in Lloydminster, Alberta.

In 2018, Erica took on more responsibility and moved into an Assistant role with an IG Division Manager and his team. In 2021, Erica joined Freeman Group as Practice Manager.
