Peter is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® (CFP) professional and the Executive Financial Consultant of Freeman Group Private Wealth Management. He joined IG Wealth Management in 1999, after a successful ten year career in management with a major Canadian grocery retailer. Over the last two decades, he has assisted hundreds of individuals as they transition from work through the stages of retirement.

The focus at Freeman Group is to produce a comprehensive service-oriented experience for the professionals and retirees that trust us to preserve their wealth. The team provides guidance, knowledge and enthusiasm to help clients reach their unique goals. Clients appreciate how clearly the team explains complex issues in a relatable fashion.

Peter's family roots began in the South Shore and he continues to travel weekly to his Liverpool office to ensure service is maintained in the community. His family is also committed to giving back; most notably in 2017, a 65 acre waterfront land donation was made to the Nova Scotia Nature Trust.
